“My top three goals for starting the coaching program were to find a way to be healthier, recognize my mental health surrounding eating, and belief in myself. Caite and Beth helped me achieve my goals through education and by uplifting me when I was down. In the past, I wanted to give up and go completely off plan, but my coaches were willing to accommodate my calls or be firm with me when needed. The most significant change I noticed was I lost 65 lbs. and learned to keep most of it off.
