“Caite and Beth help me work towards my goals; they are available to answer any questions I have concerning my weight loss, or to provide support when I have a bad moment and need a quick word. They have suggestions for me to try whenever I feel I need to eat something that would not be healthy for me and would be detrimental to the progress of my weight loss. They research other ways to support me by reading books that would help my mental focus, something which has always been a big drawback in me achieving my goals. They always go above and beyond being just a ‘rah-rah’ coach, and actually delve into why I do the things I do; the things that can actually prevent me from reaching my goal. The biggest tangible change that I have noticed since beginning the program is the comfort in knowing that I have them in my corner and they are there wanting me to succeed almost more than I even want it myself. I am more positive now that I used to be. Just knowing I have 2 women who believe in me and are always on my side is a great comfort. Caite and Beth are considerate, trustworthy, patient, kind, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone who needs support to achieve or reach a goal they are having difficulty with.”
